This week I decided to take a look at the Nintendo DS games that I have been purchasing for my daughters. The first of my endeavors was Mario Cart. This was a very fun game. The balloon chase was interesting and difficult for me. The object was to steal the balloons of other players and be the last one with balloons. I had a hard time stealing from others. I would always be the first person to lose all of their balloons, even my six and seven year old daughters caught on quicker than I did.
My oldest daughter wanted the Hannah Montana game. Well, I was not impressed with it. It is difficult to play for younger children. The game has a fashion area which is easy to play with. However, the instrument practices in the game are difficult, but they do teach rhythm, which is a good skill for anyone.
